Matthew Wells

Matt Wells has over 20 years of experience in the design, development, construction, leasing, and management of various commercial real estate asset classes. He has worked for one of the world’s top three mission-critical contractors and has delivered data centers and other critical assets for Fortune 50 companies and a major research institution. Since 2010, he has founded a family of successful companies specializing in brokerage, construction management, investment, development, and property management, all supporting the commercial real estate industry.

Raised as a cowboy on a cow-calf operation in North Texas, Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University, where he was a leader in the Corps of Cadets and The Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and holds multiple certifications in the construction industry. Beyond his professional achievements, Matt has served in public office, completed a sub-3-hour marathon, and is a dedicated husband of 15 years and father of three.
