Our utility power service at The Bunker is served from the MISO power grid not ERCOT which gives our Houston area customers grid diversity.
The Houston Bunker is one of the most unique and well positioned data center campuses in the world. With over 70,000 square feet of data center floor space available, 40,000 square feet in a highly secured underground bunker facility and a large business continuity office capacity supporting many mission critical operations, the Houston Bunker serves organizations needing high levels of security, connectivity and resiliency.

Originally built as a nuclear fall out shelter by a paranoid business tycoon, the underground portions of The Bunker were designed to house over 300 people for an extended period of time in the event of nuclear war. The 3 ft thick concrete walls and depth underground have created a data center environment perfect for highly sensitive application requirements.

The entire 50 acre campus has since had multiple renovations and expansions to include 109,000 sqft purpose built data center. With 30 acres of developable land and power available for expansion, Data Journey, is excited serve security sensitive, private industry and government operations into the future.
